What this form collects. Your town or postcode, your phone number if you choose to give one, and a photograph if you attach one. There is no other field on it and nothing is collected in the background.
Where it goes. Straight to Johnny by email, through a form-handling service called FormSubmit which passes the message on and does not keep it. It is not added to a mailing list, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anybody else.
How long it is kept. As long as the job takes, and then as long as the email sits in an inbox. Ask him to delete it and he will.
What this site measures. Page views, with no cookie and no personal data. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
